David Leibowitz

David has been one of IREA's top producers since 2015. He has been with the firm since early 2012 and has quickly become one of IREA's most valuable partners. He specializes in breaking records for multifamily listings in Glendale, Burbank, West LA, San Fernando Valley and Hollywood. With a background in finance, David uses his market knowledge to position his clients toward investment success. David's fierce loyalty, attention to detail and financial transparency with his clients has driven his early success with IREA. David was the recipient of IREA's Outstanding Achievement award in his second year with the Firm and has achieved the honor of Top Producer of the Year with the firm for 2015, 2016, and 2018. A native New Yorker, David moved to Los Angeles in the 1990's to pursue professional golf. He is a graduate of Tulane University and has a career background in sales and finance. David loves to ski, frequently vacations to Hawaii with his wife and is a proud USC dad.
