Bio
Mr. Lapidus joined Tishman Speyer in 2015 and is responsible for growing the company's Southern California platform through the acquisition of office and multi-family assets. Prior to joining Tishman Speyer, he was with McCarthy Cook & Co. for 13 years, most recently as senior vice president focused on acquisitions in California, Denver, Phoenix and Seattle. He was also responsible for fund raising, joint ventures, financing and dispositions. Mr. Lapidus is a member of LACRA and the Wilshire Club, an associate member of ULI and a founding member of the City Charter School in West Los Angeles. He holds an honors BA in English from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor.
