David Kwitman

David is a real estate investment professional with over 10 years experience investing in private market real estate transactions across the capital structure and property types. As a Director in the production group of Ready Capital, David is responsible for sourcing, structuring and closing loans for the firm's nationwide middle market bridge lending platform with a focus on transitional and value-add real estate opportunities. Prior to Ready Capital, David held positions at FirstKey Lending, Prudential Real Estate Investors and J.P.Morgan. He is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis and received his M.B.A. from Columbia Business School, where he focused on real estate and finance. He is a CFA Charterholder, earning the designation in 2009.
