Bio
David oversees the firm's acquisitions efforts by sourcing, evaluating, and closing new investment opportunities. He is also responsible for GAIA's due diligence and transaction execution of new assets as well as managing the firm's dispositions.
Mr. Kusy holds a B.A. in Economics and Government from Connecticut College, a M.S. in Real Estate Development from Columbia University, and is a CFA charterholder.
