David Krasnoff is an Executive Director in Avison Young's New York Capital Markets Group, where he is involved in the origination and execution of debt and equity financings for institutional and high net worth investors. Before joining Avison Young's Capital Markets Group in 2013, David sourced and executed deals for Jones Lang LaSalle's Real Estate Investment Banking Group in New York City. Before joining JLL's Real Estate Investment Banking Group, David also worked for JLL's Investment Sales Group where he was involved with all aspects of the sales process for institutional office transactions, including new business development, structuring, financial analysis, underwriting, contract negotiation and closing.

Krasnoff received his M.S. in Real Estate Finance from New York University and his B.A. from the George Washington University in Washington, D.C. In addition to being Treasurer and a member of the Executive Committee for the New York City chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), David is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the New York University Schack Alumni Cornerstone Society, the Luther Rice Society and its Real Estate Alliance, and the Municipal Arts Society.
