Bio

David Kleinhandler is a Senior Vice President of CB Richard Ellis, the world's largest full service commercial real estate firm, and a member of the Law Firm Practice Group. In its New York City office, Mr. Kleinhandler is responsible for providing a broad range of advisory services to legal, financial and corporate clients. His primary role is to develop, facilitate, manage, and execute both the acquisition and disposition process for clients in New York City. David has completed over 1.5 million square feet of transactions for a total consideration of over $1billion. Current clients include The Walt Disney Company, Chapman & Cutler, Andrews & Kurth and Hogan Lovells.

Prior to joining CBRE, David worked as a summer associate for HRO International, a leading commercial real estate developer, in Paris, where he assisted in the due diligence of site acquisitions.
