Bio

As Director of Property Management, Mr. Ketter is responsible for the management of five property managers and the overall financial and physical aspects of the managed properties. His duties consist of directing and monitoring the property managers and their day-to-day management of the sites including operating and capital budget preparation, maintaining expense controls, planning and reporting, supervising administrative and maintenance staff, lease administration, tenant relations, property inspections, supervision of third-party vendors, assistance in tenant improvement and capital projects, risk management and general accounting including financial statement preparation. Mr. Ketter’s projects include the UPMC Sports Complex, a 190,000 SF mixed-use campus consisting of commercial office, training facilities, and a sports medicine facility for the Pittsburgh Steelers and the University of Pittsburgh football teams. He provides property management for Oxford’s Monroeville Campus – 600,000 SF of mixed-use properties consisting of Suburban Office, Retail Shopping Centers and Distribution space for CVS Caremark, the nation’s largest pharmacy health care provider. He also manages the Racquet Club Apartments, a 175,000 SF residential apartment building consisting of 204 units. Mr. Ketter is a Real Property Administrator through BOMA and an Accredited Residential Manager through IREM. Mr. Ketter is a licensed City of Pittsburgh Stationary Engineer. He is a candidate for Facilities Management Administrator with BOMA and Certified Property Manager candidate with the Institute of Real Estate Management.
