David Kelpe joined the company in July 2000 as an Office Property Specialist. He was promoted to Second Vice President in 2002, Vice President in 2004, Senior Vice President in 2010, and was made a Principal in 2011. David has recently completed over 4 million square feet of office sales and lease transactions, valued at more than $300 million.
