David Kasprzak

Dave brings more than 25 years of financial services industry experience to Forum. As Senior Managing Director – Chief Business Development Officer, Dave is responsible for all business development and capital raise strategies for the Forum companies, including expanding the firm’s investor base and product offerings. Prior to joining Forum, Dave was Managing Director of Retail Distribution and Investor Relations at Benefit Street Partners (which acquired Broadstone Real Estate), where he helped to transition and integrate marketing, distribution, compliance, and operations from Broadstone into Benefit Street and its parent company, Franklin Templeton. Before that, Dave was Executive Vice President and Chief Business Development Officer at Broadstone Real Estate, where he managed and executed product development, shareholder relations, marketing and product distribution strategies, playing a key role in the growth of the real estate asset manager from $400M to $5B. Earlier in his career, Dave held positions at companies such as Morgan Stanley, Oppenheimer Funds, and Goldman Sachs in sales and distribution. Dave holds a Bachelor’s degree in Crop and Soil Science/Agricultural Business from Michigan State University. He’s based in our New York satellite office and enjoys travel, fishing, waterskiing, cooking and spending time with his friends and family, which includes his wife, daughter, twin teen boys and the family’s Bernese Mountain dog, Bear.
