David is a Capital Markets Associate for Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, Inc. in Tennessee and Kentucky, advising investors and owners with insightful brokerage and optimal capital stack services for retail, multifamily and land properties. Having worked in commercial real estate for 30 years, David has extensive financial management, operations, debt/equity placement and brokerage/transaction management experience. Additionally, David is an active member of Mortgage Bankers Association, ICSC and CCIM. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Kentucky. He is active in community outreach including youth sports and Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee. David lives in Brentwood, Tennessee with his wife and five children.
