David Hou

David Hou is a Capital Markets Analyst with CBRE’s Net Lease Property Group. As a valued member of the team led by Chris Bosworth and Will Pike, Mr. Hou performs and manages all aspects of the group’s property valuation, underwriting, financial analysis and market research efforts. He is also actively involved in the transaction of the group’s acquisition and disposition assignments and provides integral support to the marketing process. Over the last 15 years, the group led by Mr. Bosworth and Mr. Pike has completed more than 800 transactions valued in excess of $3 billion and focuses solely on advising institutions, private equity firms, REITs, developers and corporate users in all facets of single-tenant, net-leased properties.

The CBRE Net Lease Property Group consists of a team of senior advisors across the United States who are dedicated solely to transacting single-tenant assets and net-lease portfolios nationwide. CBRE’s Corporate Capital Markets is a practice group dedicated solely to the needs of the corporate user with a focus on single-tenant assets. The group provides advisory and execution expertise for planned and existing assets on behalf of corporate users, developers and owners. 

Mr. Hou earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance from Georgia Institute of Technology Scheller College of Business. Prior to joining the Net Lease Property Group/Corporate Capital Markets team, Mr. Hou worked at Suntrust Bank in the Enterprise Execution Services division. Mr. Hou is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
