David Hooke

David serves as the firm's Chief Financial Officer.Prior to joining Marcus Partners in 2009, David worked for 15 years at Davis Marcus Partners, most recently as the Co-COO and CFO where he was responsible for a variety of functions including accounting department oversight, human resources management, investor relations, and property due diligence, acquisitions, financings and sales.Prior to Davis Marcus Partners, David served as a Vice President in commercial real estate at Shawmut Bank and an Assistant Vice President for acquisitions at Krupp Realty and Development. He is a retired Commander in the U.S. Navy.David holds a B.A. from Bowdoin College, an M.S. in Business Administration from Boston University, and an M.S. in Management from the M.I.T. Sloan School of Management.
