David Hochfelder

As Executive Vice President of acquisitions, Mr. Hochfelder is responsible for the sourcing, structuring and execution of the firm's investments. Previously Mr. Hochfelder was Director of Acquisitions at RFR Holding, where he was instrumental in executing more than $2.5 billion of property acquisitions and credit investments encompassing over 3.5 million square feet of assets across the office, residential, retail and hotel sectors. Prior to RFR Mr. Hochfelder was a financial analyst at The City Investment Fund, a real estate private equity fund, where he was responsible for underwriting and executing the fund's acquisitions. Mr. Hochfelder began his career at The Lightstone Group supporting the firm's nationwide credit and property investments. Mr. Hochfelder graduated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Philosophy, and completed an MBA at Columbia Business School as well as an M.S. in Real Estate from New York University.
