David K Haltiner

Mr. Haltiner is a Managing Director of Neuberger Berman and a member of Almanac's investment committee. Mr. Haltiner is responsible for investment analysis, origination, underwriting, structuring, transaction execution, and ongoing management of the investments of the ARS Funds and CARS I. He currently serves on the boards of CIP Real Estate, Claros Mortgage Trust, Shaner Hospitality Finance, Welcome Group, and Westcore Properties, and has also served on the board of Winter Properties. Prior to joining Almanac in 2008, he worked in the Real Estate Finance and Securitization Group of Credit Suisse. Mr. Haltiner graduated from the University of Georgia in December 2006 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.
