Bio
David N. Glasscock is a Senior Vice President in the Capital Markets group of CBRE in Dallas/Fort Worth. Mr. Glasscock's specializations include: the adaptive reuse of real estate; urban land strategy and repositioning; office and land investment sales.
Mr. Glasscock concentrates on the redevelopment and adaptive reuse of properties in urban areas of Dallas and represents clients in both the disposition and acquisition of urban assets. Notably, he has helped redevelop several historical office/retail development projects and utilizing his collaboration with both local and state officials, he is committed to providing his clients with up-to-date market knowledge and expertise. Mr. Glasscock maximizes his clients' positions by actively focusing on their investment goals.
Over his career, Mr. Glasscock has spearheaded more than 3 million square feet of client acquisition and disposition and one million square feet of corporate lease commitments.
Mr. Glasscock and has spent his 25 year real estate career representing local, regional and national clients for their corporate and individual assignments. He has worked to serve top-tier clients, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cathay Bank, Capital One, Arthur J. Gallagher, FedEX, Fujitsu, American National Bank, and OneWest Bank, Parkland Health & Hospital System.
In addition, Mr. Glasscock is currently the president of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR), which serves over 2,000 members.
