Bio
David has personally been involved in the design, development, planning, and financing of Bijou Properties' mid-rise and high-rise developments. He manages all strategic and operational aspects of the company, including project budgeting, debt/equity transactions, design, construction, procurement, and financial reporting. David holds a Masters of Science in Real Estate degree from New York University, and Bachelor of Science of Business Administration degree from the University of Denver.
