David Funke

David Funke was appointed the Managing Director of the Indianapolis office in October of 2016. David will have oversight of our full spectrum of service offerings—including advisory and transactions, capital markets and enterprise facilities management—and will lead the delivery of these services to clients throughout the Indianapolis area. David's broad industry knowledge and excellent leadership will help drive exceptional outcomes for our Indianapolis-area clients and our employees.

As Certified Public Accountant who worked for Deloitte in Cincinnati and Denver, David has served institutional clients and private investors at CBRE and in the commercial division of F.C. Tucker Co. (now Cushman & Wakefield), and as an entrepreneur founder/co-founder of three Indianapolis-based commercial real estate companies focused on brokerage, development, and private-equity investment and asset management.

Some of David's past commercial brokerage positions include being the Founder, President and CEO of D.W. Funke Investments, a Commericial Real Estate Investment Firm.  He was also Co-Founder and Partner of Street Corner Group, a Shopping Center Developer.  Mr. Funke Co-Founded and served as President of Providence Partners, Inc., a Commcerial Real Estate Brokerage Firm.  David's other experiences include serving as Senior Vice President for Lauth Property Group as well as Vice President for Trammell Crow Co., both of which are Commericial Real Estate Developers.  David was also Chief Operating Officer and Office Group Sales Manager during his tenure at F.C. Tucker Company; a CRE Brokerage and Management Firm now known as Cushman & Wakefield.
