Bio
David Fukuda joined CBRE (formerly Insignia/ESG) in June 2002 as part of a team spearheading the company's expansion of services in Silicon Valley to include tenant representation, corporate services, industrial services and investment brokerage.
He has specialized in the sale and leasing of institutional grade properties since 1989 when he joined Bishop Hawk Inc. (which was acquired by Grubb & Ellis in 1998).
Among the major projects he has represented as exclusive agent are Landing Parkway, 155,378 SF, in Fremont; 48273 Fremont Boulevard, 123,000 SF; in Fremont; and 90 acres of industrial land in San Jose.
