David Fleming

David is an Executive Managing Director with Cushman & Wakefield's Raleigh-Durham office and is an expert in corporate real estate transaction management with a particular focus on Life Science and Technology companies. He has executed millions of square feet in office and laboratory transactions and represents some of the largest companies in the world. David works with his clients to create successful real estate strategies that lead to wise real estate investment and financing decisions.

David leads the top Tenant Representation Team in the Raleigh-Durham Market with his teammates who include California native, Jeff Stephens, and former Major League Soccer player, Sam Cronin. He is recognized by the firm as one of the top 75 brokers in North America. He began his career in Tenant Representation in Downtown Chicago and attributes his success to learning from several of the top brokers in the country in the early 2000's.

David is an investor in startup and early stage companies.

He is active in NCBIO, The Center for Entrepreneurial Development, CCIM and CoreNet Global MCR. He also supports many charitable organizations in the Triangle and nationally, including Raleigh Rescue Mission, The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Wounded Warriors Project and Operation Underground Railroad.

David enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, is an avid reader, loves boating, inshore fishing, fly-fishing, abstract painting, mountain biking, snowboarding and bodyboarding.
