Bio
David directs the firm's activities in the Metro New York region and has over 30 years experience in the acquisition, leasing, management, development, construction, and design of commercial real estate.Prior to joining Marcus Partners, David served as Senior Vice President of Davis Marcus Partners for 11 years where he was responsible for acquisitions, development, leasing and overseeing property management for the metro New York office. He also served as a Managing Partner of Philip Johnson, Ritchie and Fiore Architects in NYC where he practiced architecture for 17 years.David received a B.S. in Architecture from Pennsylvania State University.
