Dave Feo

David joined Guardian Real Estate Services in 2019 as Chief Financial Officer. He oversees all company financial, accounting, and IT functions and serves on the company’s executive management team. David has been in the tax and finance industry for over 23 years and brings extensive experience in the areas of tax planning, restructuring, financial reporting, and resource allocation. Prior to joining Guardian, David worked at AGPM, LLC, an affordable housing owner/manager/developer in Orlando, Florida, where he served as CFO for ten years. In his role there, he was responsible for all aspects of the financial, accounting, and investment management for the company’s 12,000 multifamily units. He also began his tax career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLC in Orlando where he specialized in partnership and real estate tax. David earned his CPA (Certified Public Accountant) in 1997, and he holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Accounting degrees from the University of Florida.
