Profile
As a Director within Cushman & Wakefield's Industrial Tenant Representation group, David Eseke focuses on advising clients in their commercial real estate relocations and lease renewals. This includes evaluating industrial and distribution properties, conducting financial analyses, and securing advantageous lease terms, concession packages, and municipal incentives. He also is a co-developer of Peritus, a process that helps clients realize maximum savings during every step of a transaction.
In the last six years with Cushman & Wakefield, David has represented clients in more than 6 million square feet in transactions, including over 1 million square feet of leases and sales in other major markets across the country. The deals have a total transaction value of more than $160 million.
