David Ellis

David Ellis has been a commercial real estate broker, based in Southern California, since 2003.  During his career at CBRE, 100% of Mr. Ellis' practice has been focused on representing tenants / occupiers in the acquisition, disposition, expansion and consolidation of corporate real estate on a local and national basis.

As a leading specialist in the tenant representation field, Mr. Ellis has become a trusted advisor to many corporate, professional service, non-profit and financial services tenants in need of real estate advisory services.  Mr. Ellis has represented such companies as PWC, CitiGroup and DuPont Corporation.

Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Ellis was recruited to Special Operations at Arnel & Affiliates where he initially served as the "special assistant" to Mr. George L. Argyros, a successful entrepreneur and the former United States Ambassador to Spain and Andorra.  This role enabled Mr. Ellis an insider view into the development, leasing and management of both commercial and multi-family projects, as well as expansive insight into private equity ventures.  Mr. Ellis describes his tenure with Argyros as a "Real World MBA."  Later, Mr. Ellis was promoted to Arnel Commercial Properties, where he marketed and leased numerous office projects in Orange and Los Angeles Counties.  Mr. Ellis brings this arsenal of knowledge and experience to negotiate the best possible terms and conditions for his clients.
