David Dirkschneider

David has over 15 years in the real estate industry, specializing exclusively in the brokerage of multi-family housing projects and multi-family site selection. Recognized as a leader in the industry and based upon his experience in the Oklahoma’s multi-family market, David has been the guest speaker at various events throughout the state and served as the moderator for several industry panels and forums. David has personally been involved in multi-family and land transactions totaling more than $1 billion throughout Oklahoma, Kansas, Arkansas, and Missouri.

David Dirkschneider brings a unique level of experience in the multi-family industry. Before getting into the brokerage business, David worked as a general manager for one of the largest privately owned multi-family investment companies in Oklahoma, with assets over three hundred million dollars. He was responsible for oversight on every aspect of their operations, from construction on rehabilitation projects, to the day to day activities on all properties.
