In September 2018, CBRE Group, Inc. (NYSE: CBRE) acquired CB Richard Ellis-N.E. Partners, L.P. (CBRE/New England), a long-standing joint venture with Whittier Partners Group and the leading full-service commercial real estate services operation in New England.
Mr. Corkery joined CBRE/New England (formerly Insignia/ESG) in 1986, specializing in the inner-city industrial market. Since joining the firm, Mr. Corkery has been involved in transactions totaling more than 10 million square feet and more than $300 million in value. Mr. Corkery has continued his specialization in the older industrial areas inside Route 128, while expanding his focus north and west of the city. His practice includes the selling and leasing of office, industrial and commercial properties.
