David Cantwell as Executive Vice President, brings over thirty years of commercial real estate expertise.  Mr. Cantwell has completed more than 1000 transactions with a total value of more than $890 million, negotiating a variety of transactions including the sale of a 400,000-square-foot class-A building investment, the purchase of a 250-acre land tract, to $138 million sale/leaseback for a corporate headquarters.

Mr. Cantwell’s dossier includes: corporate headquarter leases, building sales, sale/leasebacks, and build-to-suits as well as office relocations, lease acquisitions, credit leveraged leases and dispositions.  Additionally, Mr. Cantwell has extensive experience in renewals, expansions, renegotiations, building, land purchases and land sales.  In addition to representing tenants in Southern California and Northern Nevada, he transacts business throughout the United States.

Education  Mr. Cantwell holds a bachelor of science degree in business administration, cum laude from Pepperdine University and is licensed in both California and Nevada.
