As Managing Partner of Argosy Real Estate Partners, I am responsible for the management and oversight of the firm including investment strategy, fundraising, asset management, and operations. I am a member of the firm’s Investment Committee and Management Committee.

I have over 23 years of institutional real estate investment experience, closing in excess of $5 billion of real estate transactions.

Argosy Real Estate Partners (AREP) is a manager of opportunistic, value-add, and core-plus real estate private equity funds focused on the lower middle market. AREP also has an Opportunity Zone investment program. AREP makes joint venture equity investments alongside operating partners in the multifamily, lodging, office, retail, industrial, and residential land asset classes.

AREP currently has approximately $1.4 billion of real estate assets under management (includes gross assets where AREP holds controlling interests as well as unfunded equity commitments). AREP has made over 100 real estate investments and currently manages six fully discretionary, closed-end, diversified real estate investment funds. AREP manages capital on behalf of institutional investors, family offices, and high net worth individuals in the U.S., Europe and Asia.
