Biography
David is active in the firm's Life Science Practice Group, Education Services Group and the Tenant Advisory Council. His speciality is identifying the right program, tenaciously negotiating the right terms, assembling the right team of archiects, contractors and consultants for tenants seeking the best value to grow their business. His client roster also includes prominent assignments and headquarters for financial and professional services firms and high-tech companies. In addition to office, lab, industrial, manufacturing and retail leasing and sales transactions, his team delivers account management, lease administration, workplace strategy, labor analytics, capital markets, project management, and incentives procurement services. He has completed thousands of renewals and new leases, as well as negotiated build to suit and sale/leaseback transactions.Prior to joining Colliers in 2008, he worked on Capitol Hill developing a specialty in economic incentives and later as a site selection consultant at Arthur Andersen LLP. Then after attenidng business school, he moved into tenant representation and corporate services at CBRE and C&W.David and wife Kristy met at Illinois, got married in 2001 and have three teenage sons.
