David Borden

David joined Ackman-Ziff in 2013 and is responsible for the origination and execution of commercial real estate transactions across the U.S. Prior to joining Ackman-Ziff, David was an Acquisitions Analyst at Newcastle Realty Services, where he led acquisitions analyses of the New York City full-service real estate investment and operations firm.

Before Newcastle, David was an Analyst at Trans-Hudson Management, where he performed comprehensive analyses and valuations of commercial real estate transactions throughout the Tri-State area. From 2008 to 2011, David was a Partner/Broker at Oxford Property Group, where he represented clients in the purchase and rental of Manhattan condominium, cooperative and rental property units.

David holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Hofstra University’s Frank G. Zarb School of Business, a J.D. in Law from Hofstra University’s Maurice A. Deane School of Law, and a B.A. in economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. David is a licensed attorney, admitted to practice in the state of New York. David has represented Hofstra University’s Maurice A. Deane School of Law in providing pro-bono transactional assistance to community-based organizations and micro-enterprises in low-income communities in and around Nassau County.
