David Bonsall

David Bonsall has been the Director of Development for Frontera Development, LLC since 2005 and a partner in numerous developments. He has been involved with the development of over 800,000 square feet of retail projects in three states. His involvement includes design procurements, city entitlements, lender procurement, construction management and tenant turnover. Mr. Bonsall founded Frontera Building Company at the end of 2008 and is the Managing Member and majority holder. Since inception Frontera Building Company has gained experience in numerous facets of the construction industry including Retail, Office, Restaurant, Medical/Dental and Multifamily. Born and raised in Phoenix, David and his wife are raising their two boys as 4th generation Phoenicians. He earned a Civil Engineering degree from Vanderbilt University. He is a Life Member of the Executive Council, a volunteer organization supporting youth organization and other selected charities for more than four decades.
