Professional Experience
David J. Block is an Executive Vice President in CBRE's Stamford, CT office, providing tenant and owner representation, strategic planning, consulting, investment sales, and portfolio management services throughout the northern suburbs of new York City and the State of Connecticut. CBRE's global platform allows Mr. Block the capacity to offer quality service to clients in markets on a regional, national and global level. Since beginning his commercial real estate career in 1993, Mr. Block has been responsible for more than 5.5 million square feet of leasing transactions. In addition, Mr. Block has extensive experience in retaining state and municipal incentives.
