Bio
David Bivens is a Development Manager for South City Partners, a mixed-use multi-family and student housing developer headquartered in Atlanta, GA. David is responsible for the day-to-day management of development projects from conception through disposition, including financial underwriting, permitting, design, construction, marketing, lease up, and stabilization. David works with the development team on managing the oversight of project contractors, architects, and consultants, budget forecasting and management, and reporting project statuses to investors, lenders, and partners. David earned a Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) from Clemson University and serves on the Clemson University Real Estate Alumni Society Board of Directors. David is also an active member of the Atlanta Urban Land Institute and has previously served ULI as the Nashville Housing Action Council Co-Chairman and as a member of the Young Leaders Regional Initiative Council for North and South Carolina. Before South City Partners, David gained development experience with Crescent Communities and acquisitions experience with Brookside Properties. David is a graduate of the Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where he majored in Political Science and minored in Economics.
