David Beyel

David Beyel is a Senior Director for Walker & Dunlop Investment Sales, based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Mr. Beyel is responsible for the origination and execution of investment sales and equity capital raise for multifamily assets in the Mid-Atlantic and is focused on the greater Philadelphia area. Prior to Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Beyel was a Senior Associate for Marcus & Millichap. There, he led a team specializing in middle market investment sales throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and was directly involved in over $200 million in real estate transactions, as well over $1 billion in real estate advisory work. In this role, Mr. Beyel forged strong working relationships with many of the region’s premier office and industrial property owners, as well as regional operators, investors, and developers. Prior to Joining Marcus & Millichap, Mr. Beyel honed entrepreneurial and sales experience at several start-up technology companies, including one that he personally founded.   Mr. Beyel earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Tufts University, where he played collegiate basketball for four years. Beyond the company, Mr. Beyel is a member of the Healthcare Real Estate Group as well as the National Office and Industrial Properties Group. He is also a licensed broker in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
