David is a Senior Director in the Dallas office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than eight years of experience in commercial real estate. During this time, he has been involved in more than 120 investment advisory transactions in the multi-housing, seniors housing and land sectors. Over the course of his career, David has participated in the execution of more than $5 billion in commercial real estate transactions.
