Bio

Mr. Allman is Owner & Chairman of Regent Partners, a Real Estate Investment and Development company based in Atlanta. He graduated from Dartmouth College in 1976 Magna Cum Laude with Distinction in Economics.

Mr. Allman has been in the commercial real estate business since 1980. Regent Partners has developed or acquired more than $2.5 billion in real estate assets including its acquisition of the $500 million, 2.2 million square foot Concourse Complex in Atlanta and its acquisition and development of the 2.5 million square foot Tower Place complex in Buckhead, including The Sovereign, a 50-story mixed use project in Buckhead and the tallest building to be built in Atlanta in 30 years.

Mr. Allman is active in numerous real estate, civic, and ministry initiatives. He currently serves as Trustee for the J. Bulow Campbell Foundation, Trustee for The Lovett School, and Trustee for the national Urban Land Institute (ULI). He also serves on the Boards of the Georgia Public Policy Foundation (GPPF), the Metro Atlanta Chamber (MAC), and the Atlanta Affordable Housing Fund initiative.

As Founding Chairman of Opportunity International Nicaragua, he has spearheaded efforts to establish new models for holistic alleviation of poverty. Mr. Allman formerly served as Founding Chairman of the Buckhead Community Improvement District (BCID), Founding Chairman of the Eleazar Wheelock Society at Dartmouth College, Chairman for the Georgia World Congress Center Authority, and sat on the Board of Councilors at the Carter Center.

He has been married for 41 years (Donna), has four adult children and thirteen grandchildren. He and Donna are native Atlantans.
