David Young

David Young is an Associate Director with Cushman & Wakefield, where he focuses on landlord and tenant representation. Mr. Young is a leasing specialist, whose responsibilities include marketing, lease negotiations, financial analysis and market research.

Mr. Young is entering his ninth year in commercial real estate. David spent two years in the Denver branch of Cushman & Wakefield prior to joining the San Francisco office. While there, Mr. Young focused on leasing and sales, working with clients such as Lauth and Honeywell. David began his real estate career in Asset Services with ProLogis Trust. While at Prologis, David worked on several large portfolio sales, totaling over 600 million dollars in total consideration. David performed extensive property valuations and due-diligence for these assets.

Currently, he has turned his expertise toward representing the interests of owners and tenants throughout San Francisco. David focuses on the repositioning of class B buildings and working with technology based tenants.

Mr. Young has received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder and an MBA from San Francisco State University with an emphasis in finance. David graduated with honors and was chosen to become a member of the international business honors society, Beta Gamma Sigma.
