As vice president of development, Florida market officer, Dave is responsible for Ambrose’s developments in Florida, including building the land pipeline, managing broker relationships and overseeing tenant pursuits and leasing activity. Prior to Ambrose, he spent 16 years at Duke Realty, where he last served as the vice president of leasing and development in South Florida.
