Dave is a Director in the Carolinas office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and specializes primarily in industrial investment advisory. In this capacity, he represents and advises institutional and corporate clients in the sale, acquisition and development of industrial assets throughout the Southeastern United States. During his career, he has worked on transactions totaling more than 23 million square feet of industrial real estate exceeding $2.2 billion in value.

Dave joined the Carolinas office of HFF in June of 2018. Prior to that, he worked at UBS Realty Investors as a Summer Analyst, supporting the management of a $23.6 billion portfolio of multifamily, office, retail and industrial properties. Before that, Dave started his career as an intern with Seerfreid Industrial Properties, a national developer of industrial real estate.
