Daryn Smith

As an Investment Associate of RCP, Daryn works alongside the Partners to source and underwrite new acquisition opportunities as well as provide market analysis and research focused on driving expansion of the RCP platform. Prior to joining the firm, Daryn spent seven years in operations management at Equinox Health Clubs, managing large teams across five luxury health clubs in the Northern California region. He also completed separate internships in travel technology strategy and real estate development during his recent full-time MBA program at Kenan-Flagler Business School. ‍ Daryn holds an MBA in Real Estate Finance from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (2019) and a BS in Exercise Physiology from San Diego State University (2008).
