Darryl Stephenson joined C&W in 2013, offering more than 24 years of commercial real estate experience specializing in sales and leasing of industrial properties. He is also a land use specialist and has collectively sold more than 1,000 acres of industrial and office properties in New Jersey. Several transactions have involved the sale of heavy industrial waterfront properties.

Mr. Stephenson began his career with Fox & Lazo Commercial Real Estate, focusing on the Central New Jersey commercial market and land use development. He subsequently joined and became vice president at The Kislak Company, and most recently, served as a vice president at Resource Realty, where he led the corporate real estate division representing office and industrial clients through Central and Northern New Jersey. Prior to beginning his real estate career, he was employed by PSE&G and New Jersey Steel Corporation.

He received a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Middlesex County College. He has served as an advisory guest speaker and committee member for several New Jersey townships on proposed land use development, zoning and waterfront commerce. He has also been involved in the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and is a credited member of the National Independent Fee Appraiser Association.
