Bio
Darrin Stovall is an executive managing director with Newmark's Multifamily Capital Markets Debt & Structured Finance group in the Irvine, California, office. Mr. Stovall's primary responsibilities include originating multifamily and commercial loans nationwide. He has experience in a variety of loan programs, including fixed rate, floating rate, supplemental, affordable, seniors housing and student housing. Although Mr. Stovall specializes in Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and FHA loans, he also has experience with bridge, life company and conduit programs.
Mr. Stovall joined Newmark's predecessor firm in 2010. He previously spent several years at PNC Real Estate, where he originated Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and FHA loans. Prior to PNC, he was a loan originator for JP Morgan's CMBS group, where he focused on hotel, office, retail, industrial and multifamily business throughout the United States and Mexico.
Education
Mr. Stovall earned his Bachelor of Science degree in real estate finance from the University of Southern California. He has been in the commercial real estate business since graduating in 1991.
