Bio

Darrin has more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and has provided consulting and transaction advisory services to government agencies and private clientele on a national and international basis. Over the last several years at Colliers, he co-founded and developed GSAXCHANGE, a division of Government Solutions specializing in investment sales and financing of government-leased properties. He has also led the Colliers team which continues to provide comprehensive turn-key management, marketing and disposition services to the FDIC on a national basis under an ongoing, multi-year contract resulting in the sale of more than 160 properties. Prior to this, while at Colliers, Darrin has been responsible for the delivery of more than $10 million in real estate and financial advisory services to federal agencies such as GSA, USACE, OSD and the Departments of the Army, Navy and Air Force to primarily assist with procurement of facilities, revitalization of existing real estate assets and disposition of surplus properties. His leadership and expertise have resulted in optimizing the use of real estate assets and generating significant savings for government agencies. Over the past decade at Colliers, Darrin has consistently been a member of the President’s Circle of Excellence, which recognizes the firm’s top producing professionals.  Prior to joining Colliers in early 2001, he was a Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Financial Advisory Services group for more than five years.  Darrin received his MBA degree from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and his BA degree from UC Berkeley.
