Darren Lemmon is a First Vice President with CBRE in the Las Vegas, Nevada office. He specializes in office properties and focuses on both Landlord and Tenant representation providing advisory, analysis and negotiating expertise. Mr. Lemmon's professional background includes fifteen years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage assisting clients with sales and lease transactions.

Mr. Lemmon is a partner with one of the most successful teams specializing in office properties in the Southern Nevada commercial real estate industry, which completes an average of 126 Leasing transactions annually. In the past decade the team has leased over 12 million square feet of office space, valued at nearly $1 Billion. Mr. Lemmon is an active member of the Southern Nevada Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP). In 2007, 2008 and 2009, Mr. Lemmon and his team were honored the "Office Broker of the Year" award by NAIOP. Mr. Lemmon is also involved with the Boy Scouts of America and Basketball Programs for both middle school and high school.
