Darren Drake

Darren Drake joined the founding Stockbridge professionals in 1994 as an executive with PaineWebber and its predecessor. Mr. Drake is responsible for portfolio and asset management activities for Stockbridge's Opportunistic Platform Business, and additionally contributes to the firm's acquisition efforts. During his tenure with Stockbridge, PaineWebber and its predecessor, Mr. Drake has evaluated real estate and real estate-related assets with a total value of over $5.3 billion for acquisition, development, redevelopment and sale. Formerly, Mr. Drake served as a Senior Vice President in PaineWebber's Real Estate Investment Banking Group and was involved in the underwriting and structuring of numerous debt and equity financing transactions, as well as merger and acquisition transactions and financial advisory assignments for real estate and hospitality companies. Previously, Mr. Drake served as a real estate consultant with Kenneth Leventhal & Company, where he specialized in real estate valuation and due diligence. Mr. Drake received a B.S. in Finance and Entrepreneurial Studies from Babson College.
