Darik Afshani

Darik Afshani joined Stockbridge in 2017 and serves as an Asset Manager for the Southeastern United States. Prior to joining Stockbridge, Mr. Afshani served as Vice President of Asset Management for Columbia Property Trust, where he was responsible for directing the financial performance for a $1 billion portfolio of primarily office assets exceeding five million square feet. Previously, Mr. Afshani served as a Deal Manager with Merrill Lynch where he was responsible for underwriting and structuring loans across property types for the Southeast Region. Formerly, Mr. Afshani served as an Underwriter with JPMorgan, where he helped to grow their commercial mortgage backed securities platform. Mr. Afshani received a B.S. in Business from Wake Forest University and M.B.A. in Finance from Georgia State University.
