Dare brings over 24 years of experience on commercial and mixed-use developments. He focuses on helping clients create enduring investments that enrich people’s lives and leads all aspects of a project from visioning, contracts, management, budget control, and delivery. He has played an integral role delivering projects both nationally and internationally. Dare strives to help stakeholders achieve a unique experience and increased value for each project. He performs the role of client advocate, challenging the team to explore all options and ensure all solutions are thoroughly developed. Mr. Lovett is a registered architect in the State of Texas, and holds additional registrations throughout the United States.
