Darby Molloy joined Marcus & Millichap as a full-time commercial investment agent where she focuses on multi-tenant retail and single-tenant net-leased investment sales. As a part of the Yoder-Harman Group, she strives to identify opportunities and create personalized investment strategies for her clients to help them maximize the value of their real estate holdings and meet their real estate goals. Darby attended Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis, where she majored in Biology, with a minor in Chemistry. Prior to real estate, she worked in medical research with a focus on pharmacology. At this role she was known for being a focused, detail-oriented, team-worker with proven skills in project management, research and development, problem solving and patience– all skills that have been carried over into her real estate career.
