Dann Burke specializes in healthcare-related real estate transactions and medical office properties within the Denver Metropolitan and Front Range areas. Mr. Burke understands the unique needs of the healthcare industry. His extensive seventeen-year background in healthcare-specific development, design and construction, leasing and sales services provides him with the skills to analyze, structure, and negotiate complex transactions on behalf of owners, developers, landlords and tenants.

Mr. Burke's commitment to building effective relationships has earned him long-term relationships with an impressive client roster. Over the course of his 27-year commercial real estate career, he has held senior level positions with Newmark Knight Frank, Neenan Company, NexCore Group, Duke Realty Investments, Compass Management & Leasing, and Collier's Turley Martin.
