Danielle Spehar

Danielle Spehar, General Counsel, joined the Company in 2016. She is responsible for leading the Company’s transaction team and managing the Company’s legal affairs. Prior to joining the Company, Danielle previously served as a member of the firm’s Executive Committee, co-head of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group and member of the firm’s Recruiting Committee at Maddin, Hauser, Roth & Heller, P.C. She has extensive experience in the leasing and the acquisition, sale, and development of commercial real estate. Danielle holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, Master of Business Administration from Wayne State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Central Michigan University. She is a member of the Real Property Section and the Commercial Real Estate Development and Ownership Committee of the State Bar of Michigan as well as the American Bar Association.
