Daniel Weinreb

Daniel P. Weinreb provides 32 years of acquisition, development, financing and leasing experience to Paragon, drawing upon his vast and varied real estate background. Prior to joining Paragon in 1999, Danny was instrumental in assembling and redeveloping nearly a one-million-square-foot portfolio of retail properties at his former firm, where he held the position of Senior Vice President. Prior employment also includes working as a real estate broker in New York as well as being responsible for the re-development, leasing and management of a 2,000,000 square-foot real estate portfolio. Danny is a summa cum laude graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and is also a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, the National Business Honor Society. He is a past chairman of the Real Estate Executives Division of UJA-Federation and served for three years on the Board of Governors of the Young Men’s/Women’s Real Estate Association of New York, of which he is also a past treasurer. He is presently a member of the Secondary School Committee of the University of Pennsylvania.
